These members are entitled to a discount of either 15% off standard prices, 5% off promotional prices, or special “set prices”, whichever results in the lowest price to the member. To qualify for a free LASIK procedure, patients must be an active member with the Wounded Warrior Project. A screener needs to be completed and approved through the Wounded Warrior Project Organization. Once approved, qualified candidates will need to redeem the LasikPlus Wounded Warrior Project® voucher awarded by LasikPlus®.
