To qualify for a free LASIK procedure, patients must be an active member with the Wounded Warrior Project. A screener needs to be completed and approved through the Wounded Warrior Project Organization. Once approved, qualified candidates will need to redeem the LasikPlus Wounded Warrior Project® voucher awarded by LasikPlus®.
